Privacy notice
Your vehicle evidence stays private by default.

Supafasto is a beta vehicle-evidence and certification workflow. This notice explains the product data we expect to handle while the service is being tested.
What we collect
We collect account identifiers, vehicle details, assessment answers, uploaded vehicle photos, optional engine recordings, VIN or plate images, odometer images, documents, and the workflow actions needed to save and review a record.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide the requested capture, assessment, certification, record recovery, and condition-review services. AI photo processing identifies supported visible presentation signals. Optional engine-audio screening identifies possible audible patterns only. Neither is a mechanical, structural, or safety diagnosis.
Evidence access
Vehicle evidence is stored in private account-owned paths. It is not published as a listing by default. Access is limited to the account owner and authorized Supafasto review operations when an account holder submits or shares a workflow for review.
Location defaults
Supafasto may use browser language and timezone to select an initial language, currency, and distance-unit preference. The beta does not use IP geolocation or collect precise device location without a separate permission request.
Mobile authentication messages
If you request sign-in or account verification by SMS or WhatsApp, we use your mobile number solely to deliver the requested one-time passcode through your selected channel. Supafasto does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or message consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Authentication messages are not recurring subscriptions; message frequency varies only with your sign-in or verification requests. Message and data rates may apply.
Your choices
- Do not upload identity documents, vehicle data, or photos you are not authorized to provide.
- Use only a vehicle record you own or are authorized to represent.
- Request help with a record through the beta support channel supplied with your account invitation.
